We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Java and SQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Core Java, database concepts, logical and analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java.
Write, optimize, and maintain productive SQL queries.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Understand business and technical requirements and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
Collaborate effectively with team members and follow established coding and development standards.
Contribute to maintaining code quality,
performance, and application reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Java development.
Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, and Exception Handling.
Positive knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities.
Knowledge of Spring Boot and REST APIs will be an added advantage.
