We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our website, social media platforms, content, online presence, and digital promotions. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and well-versed in social media analytics, paid advertising, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company website and social media platforms.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop monthly social media content calendars and campaigns.
Monitor social media performance and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, traffic, leads, and conversions.
Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, website traffic, and online leads.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
Coordinate with designers, content creators,



and other team members to develop marketing materials.
Monitor competitors and identify recent prospects for online growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Ability to create or coordinate engaging content, captions, reels, posts, and campaigns.
Basic understanding of website management, SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, and Search Console.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Positive communication and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
