Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
Expertise in dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, chutneys, and other South Indian preparations.
Handle batter preparation, fermentation, cooking, and presentation.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Complete daily mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and storage standards.
Manage kitchen equipment and maintain a clean workstation.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper ingredient usage.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Follow instructions from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
