Plan and manage day-to-day manufacturing activities as per production schedules.
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of plant capacity, manpower, equipment, utilities and raw materials.
Monitor critical process parameters, production yield, process losses, wastage and plant productivity.
Handle process deviations, breakdowns, troubleshooting, start-up, shutdown and product changeovers.
Manage complete packing operations including weighing, filling, sealing, stacking and material movement.
Ensure packing accuracy and control product spillage, damaged packs and packaging-material wastage.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on raw-material availability, plant capacity and dispatch requirements.
Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth plant operations.




Monitor manufacturing and packing cost per MT and identify prospects for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Maintain production records, batch records, packing reports, downtime reports and operational logbooks.
Prepare Daily Production Reports and Monthly Production MIS.
Monitor key production KPIs including production quantity, capacity utilization, raw-material consumption, packing efficiency, production losses, rejection/rework, breakdown hours and manpower productivity.
Liaising with concerned government authorities related to the company’s production activities and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
