Provide direct nursing care to neonates admitted to the NICU.
Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, temperature, blood pressure, and other clinical parameters.
Assist doctors and neonatologists during procedures and emergency situations.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and manage IV lines, feeding tubes, oxygen support, and other neonatal equipment.
Provide care to premature, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, medication charts, and clinical documentation.
Support feeding and nutritional care as directed by the medical team.
Maintain strict infection-control and hygiene practices within the NICU.
Handle and monitor incubators, warmers, phototherapy units, ventilators, CPAP,



and other NICU equipment as applicable.
Identify changes in the baby's condition and immediately report concerns to the doctor.
Assist during neonatal resuscitation and emergency care when required.
Educate and support parents regarding newborn care, feeding, hygiene, and discharge instructions.
Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the NICU setting.
Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient-safety standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
