Owns WCL's digital content strategy across social media, digital campaigns, ORM and website. Briefss, approves and measures content quality and impact. Manages the digital creative agency relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Develop platform-wise social media content plans aligned to campaign calendar and brand guidelines
Briefs the content agency on monthly content calendar; review and approve creatives before publishing
Own ORM creatives as part of lower funnel content strategy
Own the WCL website content strategy - Briefs agency on page updates, SEO copy and UX improvements
Coordinate with the ATL team to ensure digital creative extensions are consistent with the TVC and brand campaign
Track digital creative KPIs
