Key Responsibilities
End to end ServiceNow ACC automation testing experience using ServiceNow ATF and other tools
Test Design and Execution: Create detailed test plans, scenarios and test cases based on business requirement documents
Perform functional regression, smoke and integration testing
Module Validation: Test core ServiceNow suites like ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, ITAMCMDB, CSM or HRSD
Validate form logic, UI policies, client scripts and complex workflows
Test Automation: Build, maintain and execute automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework ATF
Defect Management: Identify, log and track software bugs and configuration flaws working closely with developers and administrators for resolution
Integration Upgrade Testing: Verify outboundinbound RESTSOAP APIs, Integration Hub elements and platform upgrades
