This is not a conventional role. You will be part of the CMD Committee, directly owning and partnering with key business functions.

Requirements
5+ years of robust experience in consulting / operations / business excellence roles
High ownership mindset with execution focus
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
Structured thinking with problem-solving orientation
Experience in retail / quick-paced industries is a plus
