Key Duties:

· Oversee daily store operations and inventory management.

· Maintain product, service, and hygiene standards.

· Manage staff, costs, and wastage.

· Handle customer issues and ensure compliance.

· Drive local store marketing and profitability.

· Should be able to manage a team.

· Should be a self-starter with a high motivation level.

· Should be result-oriented and proactive.

· Should be a “hands-on” person.

· As part of training, it is expected to learn baking and all aspects of Operations.

· Should take pride in wearing the branded Cookie Man uniform.

· Should have a valuable command of the English language.

Qualification required:

Diploma in Craft course / Diploma in Hotel Management / B.Sc. Hotel Management / Any Degree

Experience required:

3 – 5 Years (from companies like KFC, Domino's Pizza, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Café Coffee Day etc.)
