Warehouse & Logistics Management
Lead and manage daily operations across multiple warehouses PAN India (Inward, Outward, Returns, and Dispatch).
Oversee the Order-to-Dispatch cycle ensuring timely, accurate, and effective fulfillment for B2B, B2C, and eCommerce channels.
Ensure warehouse optimization including space management, storage efficiency, and infrastructure utilization.
Implement robust returns management systems to handle reverse logistics effectively. Inventory & Process Control
Drive inventory accuracy through periodic audits, reconciliations, and stock verifications.
Ensure real-time visibility of inventory across warehouses using WMS/ERP tools.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Processes for all warehouse operations.
Design and monitor KPIs and SLAs to improve TAT (Turnaround Time) and reduce operational errors.
