Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination Executive who can coordinate with vendors, monitor production orders, conduct factory visits, resolve order-related issues, and ensure timely delivery. The person will work closely with the Purchase, Sales, Design, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors regarding purchase orders, production schedules, quality requirements, and delivery timelines.
Visit vendors’ factories to check production progress and verify order status.
Ensure that production starts and is completed according to the agreed schedule.
Identify and resolve production, quality, material, packaging, or delivery-related issues.
Provide regular order-status updates to the Purchase and Sales teams.
Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications,



artwork, samples, approvals, and dispatch requirements.
Follow up with vendors for samples, raw materials, packaging, production, inspection, and dispatch.
Develop current vendors based on product, quality, capacity, pricing, and delivery requirements.
Negotiate basic commercial terms and timelines with vendors.
Maintain vendor details, quotations, purchase orders, production reports, and delivery records.
Escalate delays or major issues to management on time.
Ensure orders are completed with the required quality and delivered within the committed timeline.
