Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Tax Manager with robust expertise in US Corporate Taxation , including Form 1120 (C-Corporation) and Form 1120S (S-Corporation) . The candidate must also have hands-on experience with US Tax Provision / ASC 740 .

The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and reviewing US tax compliance engagements, tax provisions, and related workpapers while providing technical guidance to the team and supporting US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and review US Federal and State corporate tax returns , including Form 1120 and Form 1120S .
Prepare and/or review complex corporate and S-Corporation tax returns and supporting schedules.
Prepare and review US Tax Provisions under ASC 740 .
Review current and deferred tax calculations , including deferred tax assets and liabilities.
Analyze permanent and temporary differences and related tax adjustments.
Handle Federal and multi-state corporate tax compliance .
Research and interpret US federal and state tax laws and regulations.




Identify complex tax issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Manage multiple tax engagements and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Review work prepared by Seniors and Associates and provide technical guidance and feedback.
Coordinate with US-based clients, CPAs, and internal stakeholders.
Manage client communications, deliverables, and engagement timelines.
Mentor and develop team members and ensure quality of work.
Assist with tax planning, tax research, and other tax-related projects as required.

Mandatory Requirements
6+ years of relevant US Tax experience.
Strong experience with Form 1120 – C-Corporation/1120S - S-Corporation
Mandatory hands-on experience with US Tax Provision / ASC 740.
Robust understanding of current and deferred tax accounting .
Experience with Federal and State tax compliance .
Experience reviewing complex US corporate tax returns and tax workpapers.
Robust knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience managing/reviewing the work of tax professionals.
Strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.
