Key Responsibilities:
1. Material Receipt & Inspection
Oversee unloading, counting, and inspection of incoming materials like LED chips, drivers, MCPCBs, housings, diffusers, connectors, wires, screws, heat sinks, etc.
Ensure proper documentation: PO, Invoice, Delivery Challan, and GRN preparation in ERP.
1. Storage & Stock Management
Organize systematic storage of raw materials for safety, accessibility, and traceability.
Implement 5S practices in store layout and bin location mapping.
1. Inventory Control
Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid production delays or excess inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
1. Material Issuance to Production
Issue materials based on BOM and work orders.
Ensure timely line feeding and kit preparation.
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
