We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, manage the store team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual business targets.
Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, billing, and housekeeping.
Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve individual and store targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries/complaints effectively.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and shrinkage.
Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and productivity.
Coordinate with the HO/operations team for smooth store functioning.
