School Deployment &
Coordination
Convert deployment plans into school-ready timetables and session schedules with the content team.
Coordinate with principals on calendars, approvals, facilities, internet, STEM Kits and logistics.
Serve as primary school contact; track progress and flag risks or delays.
Teacher/Trainer Readiness
Organise teacher/STEM Trainer training and ensure delivery readiness.
Provide facilitator guides, refresher training and timely issue resolution.
STEM Kit &
Delivery Management
Track STEM Kit stock and ensure infrastructure readiness before programme start.
Monitor delivery and provide progress dashboards to the Dean and AMMACHI Labs administration.
Manage rescheduling due to disruptions and resolve/escalate issues promptly.
Project Management
Ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality standards.
Build an effective team and provide regular updates.
Key Skills
Solid planning, scheduling, communication, training and stakeholder-management skills; practical problem-solving; ability to work independently across multiple schools/geographies; familiarity with STEM Kits and basic troubleshooting.
