We are looking for an experienced Failure Mode / Product Performance Engineer with a solid engineering background and hands-on experience in Failure Mode Analysis, Product Performance, Root Cause Analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, and structured problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Failure Mode Analysis and investigate product/component performance issues.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for product and system failures.
Support DFMEA/PFMEA activities and identify potential product/process risks.
Analyze product performance data and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Drive structured problem-solving activities for engineering and quality-related issues.
Work closely with Design, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Testing,
and Validation teams.
Support failure investigation, validation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation related to failures and corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of technical issues.
