Consults and offers guidance to hiring managers on the Hiring Process to ensure an productive, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience.
Partners with TA Head on role grading, internal talent, shortlist candidates, and other significant TA imperatives.
Negotiates offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate.
Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress.
Will handle international hiring.
