Key Responsibilities
Operate vertical and horizontal injection moulding machines for insert moulding.
Set up machines, moulds, inserts, fixtures, and tooling as per production requirements.
Perform mould changeover, machine setting, and process parameter setting.
Set and optimize injection pressure, speed, holding pressure, barrel/mould temperature, cooling time, and cycle time.
Troubleshoot process and moulding defects to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
Maintain production, quality, and process parameters as per defined standards.
