Achieve hiring targets and TAT as per business manpower plans, ensuring timely closure of critical positions.
Stakeholder management with Business/Regional Heads and Hiring Managers for requirement understanding and regular hiring reviews.
Team management & productivity manage recruiters, allocate mandates, track performance and improve sourcing-to-joining conversions.
