Responsible for operating, setting, and maintaining Surface Grinding Machines to achieve accurate dimensions, flatness, surface finish, and parallelism on metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set Surface Grinding Machines for precision grinding.
Perform surface grinding, finishing, dressing and sizing operations.
Set grinding wheel, workholding fixtures and machine parameters.
Check flatness, parallelism, thickness and surface finish.
Read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
Select appropriate grinding wheels and dressing parameters.
Perform wheel dressing and balancing as required.
Use micrometer, vernier, height gauge and other precision measuring instruments.
Inspect finished components and maintain dimensional accuracy.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain production and quality records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
