Steward Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, courteous service.
Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately and efficiently.
Set up and transparent tables as per restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
Ensure guests receive their orders on time and as requested.
Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide recommendations when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Assist the team during busy hours and support smooth restaurant operations.
Maintain proper grooming and a skilled appearance at all times.
