Position: Playgroup Teacher

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Playgroup Teacher to provide a protected, nurturing, and engaging learning workplace for young children. The teacher will support children’s early development through play-based activities, storytelling, music, art, movement, and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct fun, age-appropriate play-based activities.
Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development.
Create a warm, safe, and positive classroom environment.
Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Develop positive habits related to hygiene, cleanliness, sharing, and classroom routines.
Use stories, rhymes, songs, games, art, and craft to make learning enjoyable.
Observe children’s progress and communicate developmental observations to parents and management.




Maintain classroom materials, displays, and learning resources.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
Handle children with patience, empathy, and understanding.
Participate in school events, celebrations, activities, and parent meetings.

Preferred Candidates Candidates with prior experience working with playgroup or preschool children will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
