Experience: 4–8 years in mould making, mould design, product development or related manufacturing engineering
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of product manufacturing and engineering activities.
Drive process improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
Handle mould manufacturing, mould trials and validation.
Support mould design, development and modification activities.
Drive product design improvements for manufacturability and performance.
Identify and implement product quality improvements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room and R&D; teams for product and process development.
Conduct process/product validation and ensure successful implementation.
Troubleshoot mould and manufacturing-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Support current product development and engineering changes.
