Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement sustainable building strategies for MEP projects.
Conduct energy, water, carbon, and environmental performance assessments.
Perform energy modelling and recommend solutions to improve building efficiency.
Coordinate with MEP, architects, and project teams to meet sustainability objectives.
Support LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, EDGE, and other green building certification requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, green building design, or MEP consultancy.
Robust knowledge of energy efficiency, energy modelling, carbon reduction,



water efficiency, and green building practices.
Experience with LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, EDGE or other sustainability certification frameworks.
Proficiency in relevant energy modelling/simulation and sustainability assessment tools.
Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building services and their impact on building energy performance.
Solid analytical, coordination, communication and client-management skills.
Candidates with relevant qualified certifications in sustainability/green building will be preferred.
