Moe’s Casa Mexicana is a vibrant Mexican QSR brand serving bold flavours, great food, and an energetic dining experience. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Store Manager to lead our store operations and team at Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Drive sales and achieve store business targets.
Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
Maintain staff attendance, discipline, and shift schedules.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in QSR is mandatory.
Strong understanding of QSR/store operations.
Positive leadership and team-management skills.
Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Comfortable managing shifts and store operations.
Candidates available to work in Sohna Road, Gurgaon preferred.
