Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC , Non - IT, Sales positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen and assess candidate profiles against job requirements.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.

Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

Desired Skills:

Experience in GCC and/Non - IT/ Sales hiring

Solid sourcing and screening capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced workplace.

Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals.
