Job Summary:

We are looking for a Store Officer to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory management of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and other materials in compliance with GMP and company procedures.

Role & responsibilities:
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Maintain proper inventory records and stock registers.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed in the store.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and QA departments for material requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and stock reconciliation.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory control.
Ensure proper storage conditions and material handling as per company policies.




Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, approval, rejection, and release of materials.
Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely and protected dispatch of finished goods and other materials.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / B.Sc or relevant field.
Experience: 0- 4 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing company.
Knowledge of inventory management, documentation preferred.
Positive organizational and coordination skills.
