We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support and strengthen our hiring efforts across business, creative, and corporate functions. Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:
Drive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other innovative channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
Screening & Coordination:
Conduct initial HR screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes seamlessly with hiring managers and candidates.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and qualified candidate journey through proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and smooth interview scheduling.
Recruitment Operations:
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback records, and hiring reports with high accuracy and organization.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within influencer marketing, media, digital agencies, startups or other high-growth environments
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and social media sourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an added advantage
