Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Labour Welfare, or a related discipline.
5 - 10 years of relevant experience in HR operations, contract labour management, industrial relations, or employee relations.
Experience in managing contract workforce in a manufacturing, plant, warehouse, logistics, construction, or similar setting is preferred.
Working knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
. • Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/attendance/payroll systems.
Robust coordination, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
