Talent Acquisition Executive

Commandtech is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with robust expertise in IT and AEC recruitment. The candidate will manage end-to-end hiring and work closely with stakeholders to deliver quality talent within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Engineering, Architecture, and AEC roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and role requirements.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/ATS.
Manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT/AEC or Technical Recruitment.
Experience hiring IT, BIM, Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, and Engineering specialists.
Robust sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and job portals.
Experience in IT services, AEC, Engineering, Staffing, or Consulting is preferred.
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
