Role : We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer closure.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, valuable follow-up abilities, and a proactive approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and Department Heads.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.
Ensure timely completion of pre-joining documentation.
Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
Ensure open positions are closed within the agreed TAT and hiring timelines.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in the ATS/HRMS.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
