ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for young, hungry HR Manager — Talent Acquisition — to source and close hires for Roswalt Realty ( Luxury Real Estate) roles across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Admin and Site functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
Make proper recruitment calls to shortlisted candidates from job portals and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure smooth interview flow.
Work closely with the HR team to close positions within defined timelines.
Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment MIS reports.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:
Completed internship in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (mandatory).
Exposure to real estate hiring preferred.
Robust communication and convincing skills.




Comfortable with daily calling and target-driven environment.
Basic understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques.
Freshers with relevant internship experience can apply.
