We are looking for a Team Leader to manage a motor insurance renewal team and drive renewal, retention, productivity and conversion performance.

What you’ll handle
Lead and manage the motor insurance renewal team
Own team renewal and retention targets
Monitor call volumes, dialing efficiency and CRM pipeline
Track lead-to-conversion performance
Handle customer escalations and complex renewal cases
Coach team members on objection handling and customer negotiation
Conduct daily check-ins and mock-call training
Track team performance, attrition and lapse metrics
Prepare MIS and performance reports
Ensure adherence to applicable insurance and compliance requirements

What we’re looking for
3–6 years of experience in Motor Insurance Renewal / Sales / Retention
1–2+ years of experience managing teams
Solid understanding of motor insurance renewals
Knowledge of NCB,



motor insurance tariffs and add-on products
Experience handling customer escalations and objections
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Positive working knowledge of Excel and performance reporting
Understanding of IRDAI guidelines and compliance requirements The client framework specifies 3–6 years in motor insurance renewal/sales/retention, including 1–2 years of team leadership, along with IRDAI, tariff and Excel knowledge.
