Manage daily purchase requirements and coordinate with approved vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and follow up on deliveries.
Receive and verify materials against purchase orders/invoices.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Ensure proper storage and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
Monitor stock levels, expiry, wastage, and damages.
Issue materials to the café/operations team as per requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances.
Maintain GRN, purchase, and inventory documentation.
Ensure store hygiene, food safety, and proper storage standards.
Support monthly stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
