We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead the operations team, ensure smooth day-to-day execution, and drive team productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the operations team to achieve daily targets.
Allocate work and monitor individual and team performance.
Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and service levels.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, processes, and compliance standards.
Conduct regular team reviews, provide feedback, and support employee development.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of critical issues.
Train and mentor team members for better performance and career growth.
