Responsible for machine shop programming and production activities

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Setting of current job on VMC / HMC
Set up change planning as per plan.
To check machine, fixture and casting availability.
Plan and ensure Fixture unloading & loading activity as per norm.
Tool change planning. Remove previous tooling and load new tooling as per part requirement.
Machining programming & First piece cutting.
First piece inspection & CMM.
Ensure Corrections as per CMM report.
Final inspection & Clearance for series production.
To monitoring Quality for series production. (Makino/ BFW / MAZAK CNC )
Fanuc and Mazak Programming for Recent part & Regular part
If required adjustment in process parameters & Changes in Programme
Cycle Time Reduction.
Rejection control by using various techniques
Responsible for BFW and Mazak machines all setups activities





Functional Requirements :
Knowledge of all machine shop HMC/VMC setup activities to run the shop smoothly and effectively
Knowledge of IATF 16949 / EMS / OHSAS 14001:18001 / EnMs system and documentation
