Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily last-mile delivery operations at the assigned location.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
Manage and monitor Delivery Executives and manpower deployment.
Track daily delivery performance, productivity, pending shipments, and RTO.
Ensure maximum delivery closure and meet operational targets.
Handle customer escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
Coordinate with hub, warehouse, and other internal teams for smooth operations.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of the delivery team.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions.
Prepare and share daily performance and operational reports.
Support manpower planning and ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
