Candidate needs to have minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in above products and business.
Knowledge of end to end SCV Vehicles and used vehicle finance including TFE.
In depth knowledge of areas Current & refinance and used vehicle Business Market.
Responsibilities
Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to achieve sales targets and ensure productivity. Engage with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets for business sourcing. Establish and manage tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement. Monitor early delinquency cases and manage post-disbursement documents (PDDs). Work on existing customer data to generate repeat business and referrals.
Foster solid customer relationships and maintain high service standards.
