Responsibilities
Shift, Day, Weekly monthly Production plan achievement, adherence
Quality system adherence
Gravity die casting, Melting, Metal treatment process control adherence record maintenance
Set up record, Set up time adherence control
First off approval record review, Approval
Daily inspection record review, Approval
Ensure safety adherence (PPE, Safety rules) confirmation.
No stoppage of Pre- Machining, Machining due to casting shortage/Delay
Shift start up meeting, Man deployment.
Hourly production monitoring in Casting, Pre-Machining, Action plan to improve OEE
Loss monitoring, control over loss
LCR follow up, receiving of die with confirmation of closure status.
Monthly production loss analysis, action plan
Implementation of TPM,



5S best practices
Implementation of CIP Projects, Line balancing, VSM, VSD
Implementation of Scrap analysis and reduction Projects
Implementation of Cycle Time Improvement Projects
Implementation Robot Pouring
CIP Project Tracking and identification current idea and progress monitoring and Monthly review
