Strong Salesforce OOTB configuration knowledge, including Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing, Reports, and Dashboards.

Solid hands-on experience in Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Triggers, LWC, and SOQL.

Basic knowledge of Visualforce pages.

Robust integration knowledge using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Named Credentials, and external systems.

Ability to work independently with external system teams for integration design and documentation.

Positive understanding of data migration process and tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.

Experience with Git, Copado, or similar CI/CD tools.

Strong communication, client-facing, and technical documentation skills.

Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.

At least one Salesforce Architect certification is preferred, such as Application Architect, Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, or Integration Architect.
