Role & responsibilities
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate conversations and understand their career interests.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers/ATS.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the team in building and maintaining a solid talent pipeline.
Assist with various recruitment and HR initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills
Robust interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Proactive, energetic and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
