Role & responsibilities
Manage procurement & purchase of store consumables (gases, welding, electrical, crane items, etc.)
Negotiate with vendors, prepare comparison sheets, and issue purchase orders.
Maintain all records in ERP software and ensure smooth inward & outward of materials.
Oversee crane & equipment maintenance coordination with the team.
Ensure accurate inventory management and quality compliance.
Preferred candidate profile Solid knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory software.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Solid communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Understanding of material handling, documentation, and audit processes.
