We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR Recruitment team. The role involves handling end-to-end technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Write and post technical job descriptions.
Identify relevant technical skills and qualifications while screening IT resumes.
Conduct pre-screening calls and assess candidates based on experience, availability, interest, and salary expectations.
Source candidates through internal databases, references, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other qualified networks.
Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from interviewers.
Follow up with selected candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
Hire for various technical positions such as Software Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Mobile Developers, Front-End Developers, and Back-End Developers.
Required Qualifications
1- 2 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Experience in handling multiple technical profiles and end-to-end recruitment.
