Role & responsibilities
Sourcing Talent: Find active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, and qualified networks.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate structured interviews.
Hiring Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to define job needs and guide the offer process.
Data and Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
