Key Responsibilities
Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth execution.
Monitor shipment allocation, delivery, and closure within defined timelines.
Manage and coordinate with Delivery Executives/Riders.
Track daily productivity, attendance, and manpower requirements.
Monitor delivery performance, pending shipments, and exceptions.
Ensure high delivery success and maintain service quality.
Handle customer and delivery-related escalations effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Prepare and share daily operational reports and performance updates.
Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
