Role & responsibilities
Drive sales, revenue and business growth across the assigned territory.
Develop and execute effective territory-wise sales strategies and action plans.
Lead, mentor and manage high-performing sales teams.
Recruit, train and develop sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Build, develop and manage channel partners, brokers and real estate consultants.
Expand and activate the channel partner network across the territory.
Drive lead generation, site visits, conversions, bookings and collections.
Build strong relationships with key customers and business stakeholders.
Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer preferences.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and performance reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile




Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer handling.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Solid network of channel partners, brokers and HNI/UHNI clients will be an advantage.
Ability to lead, motivate and manage sales teams.
Target-oriented, self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
Valuable knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market preferred.
Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
