Facility Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, inspect the hall for maintenance needs, and manage equipment inventory (tables, chairs, audio-visual gear).
Bookings & Scheduling: Coordinate reservations, manage the master calendar, and assist clients with rental agreements and event guidelines.
Event Coordination: Oversee in office event setups, monitor crowd safety, and act as the main point of contact during functions.
Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and supervise custodial, maintenance, and front-desk personnel.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce local fire safety rules, building capacity limits, and facility code of conduct. Handle minor first aid or incident reports when needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
