Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Ensure a smooth and skilled candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities efficiently.
Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is an added advantage.
Proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is preferred.
