Job Title: Store Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of stock management, documentation, and warehouse/store procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming materials, products, and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Organize and store materials properly for easy identification and access.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain stock registers, invoices, GRNs, and other store-related documents.
Issue materials to departments or customers against approved requests.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of inventory.
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
Coordinate with purchasing,



sales, accounts, and other departments.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.

Requirements:
Graduate or 12th pass; relevant store/ experience preferred.
1–3 years of experience in store, inventory, warehouse, operations.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory software.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock responsibly.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
