We are hiring a Facility Supervisor to manage the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of campus facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical and general maintenance systems are functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general facility maintenance and repair work
Monitor electrical systems and coordinate routine servicing
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning
Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers
Address maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI in Electrical
Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or supervision
Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems
Positive communication and coordination skills
Location: St. Jude's Global School, Thalappady, Kottayam Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
